Obituary
Paul Edward Elkins, 81, of Morristown, passed away Thursday, March 16, 2023, at Morristown Hamblen Healthcare System. He was a veteran of the Tennessee National Guard, avid gardener, golfer, hunter, and fisherman. Paul was preceded in death by his parents, Eldridge and Thelma Elkins; brothers, Raymond, Robert, and Harvey Elkins; and sister, Shirley Webber, all of Morristown.
He is survived by his son, John Michael Elkins of Birmingham, AL; brother, Wayne (Lisa) Elkins; sister, Wanda Howard and longtime companion, Glenda Hardin.
Graveside services are planned for 2:00 pm Saturday, March 18, 2023, in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
