Ralph Clifton Wolfe, 81, of Whitesburg, passed away surrounded by his family, Monday, January 6, 2025. He was retired from Magnavox of 40 years. Ralph was a loving Husband, Father, Grandfather, and Friend.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Nancy Wolfe; son, Rev. Michael Ray; brother, Wayne Wolfe; brothers and sister-in-laws, Joe Brummett, Frank (Ann) Gilbert, and EJ (Shirley) Sartain; nephew, Christopher Gray; and father and mother-in-law, Willard (Ruby) Sartain.
He is survived by his loving wife of 57 years, Carol Wolfe of Whitesburg; daughter, Carolyn (George) Williamson of Whitesburg; sister, Jean Brummett of Whitesburg; sister-in-laws, Lena (Luther) Hightower of Corryton and Wilma (Robert) Campbell of Greeneville; grandson, Dustin McDaniel of the home; a devoted granddaughter, Ashley Gulley whom he called “Fred” (Kyle Bowersox) of Morristown; Misty Sabins of Greeneville; grandson, Brandon Ray of Whitesburg; two great grandchildren, Justin Gulley and Tori Sabins of Rogersville; two great great grandchildren, Augustus Hottle and Aryiah Gulley; his special companion and devoted dog, Jack; as well as many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
The family would like to thank Amedysis and their wonderful nurses for his end care.
The family will receive friends from 5-7 PM, on Friday, January 10, 2025, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM, with Rev. George McCoy officiating. Graveside services will be held at 12 PM, Monday, January 13, 2025, in Hamblen Memory Gardens.
