Richard Willis Smith, 50, of Morristown, passed away Wednesday June 7, 2023, at his home.  He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Walter and Bernese (Keene) Smith

Survivors include the love of his life, Kristen Compton and her son, Brett Stump; mother, Lois Avonell Smith (Dennis) Hamblin; aunt, who cared for him like a mother, Rita (Robert) Sulzberger; aunts, Sheila (Chris) Spears and Jane Smith; uncle, William Smith; fur baby, Daisy; stepsister, Amber (Chad) Newman; and niece, Isla Newman.
