Ricky Allen Brooks

Ricky Allen Brooks, 64, went to be with the Lord on Thursday, October 23, 2025. He was saved at an early age at Fishers Creek Baptist Church. Ricky was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and friend. Beyond family, racing was a large part of his life. He loved watching Tennessee sports and was a true Vol for life. 

Ricky was preceded in death by his mother and father, Nell Rose and Ralph Brooks.

Ricky is survived by his wife, Janet; daughters, Taylor (Wyl) McMillan and Samantha (Andrew) Coffey; brother, Ralph “Sonny” (Tammy) Brooks; grandchildren, Hayden Barnard, Blayne Barnard, Wyatt McMillan, and Griffey Gene Coffey; as well as several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 6 – 8 PM, on Tuesday, October 28, 2025, at Allen Funeral Home.

A private family service will be held at a later date. 

Allen Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
