Ricky "Rick" Dewayne Howard

Rick Howard, 59, of Talbott, passed away on Friday, January 26, 2024.

Rick was born on April 24, 1964, to General Lee and Roberta Brock in Harlan, KY. 

He is survived by his parents, General Lee and Roberta Brock; his daughter, Brooke (Billie) Moore; brothers, General Lee “Boogie” Brock Jr., Allen (Hollie) Cody, and Eric (Katrina) Brock; sisters, Tammy Brock, Madonna (Brian) Beal, Regina “Gina” (Aaron) Buchanan, Chassity (Jeremiah) Johnson, and Amanda (Coy) Jordan; as well as several nephews and nieces.

A memorial visitation will be held from 6-8 PM, on Monday, February 5, 2024, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.
