Robert E. "Bob" Adkins

Robert E. “Bob” Adkins, Jr., 57, of Bean Station, went to be with the Lord on May 27, 2024, unexpectedly. He was saved at a young age at Midway Freewill Baptist Church in Mooresburg, TN. He worked at Pepsi Co. for 19 years. He loved hunting, fishing with his brothers, and spending time with his “Sweetie”. He was an avid Tennessee Vols fan. “Bob” will be dearly missed by those who knew him, and he never met a stranger.

Robert is preceded in death by his parents, Robert and Peggy Adkins, Sr., and nephew, Cody Shane Adkins.

He is survived by his wife of over 20 years, Katherine Christopher Adkins; brothers, Teddy Adkins, Kevin “Mooch” Adkins, and James (Kimberly) Adkins; several nieces, nephews, and a host of special friends and extended family.      

A Celebration of Life Service will be held 1-5 PM, Sunday, June 2, 2024, at the Bean Station Senior Center.
