Rosa Lee (Atkins) Jackson

Rosa Lee Scearce Jackson, 74, passed away Wednesday, September 16, 2020.  Rosa was saved at an early age and was of the Baptist faith.  Rosa was preceded in death by parents, John and Ida Harville Atkins; sister, Martha Collins Russell; and brothers, James (Jimmy) Collins, Macy and Tandy Atkins.  She was also preceded by her first husband, Roy Scearce and her second husband, Kenneth Boyd Jackson.

She is survived by her daughter, Pansy Scearce Styles; grandchildren, Alexandra and Joshua; step- son and caregiver for 1 ½ years, Kenneth “Davis” Jackson; step-son, Kenny (Linda) and family; sisters, Sally Ellison and Shirley Trent; many loving nieces and nephews; along with extended family and friends who loved her dearly.

Rosa’s Body will lie in state Saturday from 12 PM- 5PM, Saturday, September 19th and Sunday, September 20th, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home.  Graveside services will be 11:00 AM, Monday, September 21, 2020 in Mt. Pleasant Church Cemetery in Thorn Hill, TN.
