Sandy (Whittaker) Renner

Sandy Whittaker Renner, 59, of Whitesburg, passed away Monday, March 31, 2025. She worked for the Lakeway Achievement Center.

Sandy is preceded in death by her parents, O.G. and Edna Whittaker.

She is survived by her husband of 15 years, Kenneth “Joe” Renner; sister, Kathy (Gerald) Bowers; brothers, Mike (Patricia) Whittaker and Jeff (Karen) Whittaker; brother-in-law, Johnny Renner; nieces and nephews, Scott Whittaker, Tony (April) Whittaker, Amy (Jason) Lemka, Adam (Lynsey) Whittaker, Ashton (Jeremy) Presnell, and Caleb Renner; as well as several great nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to ALPS Adult Day Services. 

The family will receive friends from 5 – 7 PM, Thursday, April 3, 2025, in the East Chapel of Allen Funeral Home. A funeral service will follow at 7 PM, with Rev. Dannie Bell officiating. Graveside services will be held at 11 AM, Friday, April 4, 2025, in Willoughby cemetery.
