Sarah Willis Obituary

Sarah Elizabeth Hodges Willis passed away 2/5/2026. She was a lifetime member of the First Presbyterian Church.

Sarah attended East Tennessee State University. After a career with John Deere Health Care, she retired. She was preceded by her brother Robert A. (Al) Hodges, Jr and her parents Dorothy Isley Hodges and Robert A. (Bob) Hodges, Sr.

Survivors include her husband William H. (Bill) Willis, daughter Angela Elizabeth (Angie) Powell and grandson Drew Jason Powell. Special sisters in law Sherry Hodges and Patricia Willis. Also, several nieces and nephews, as well as special life-long friends.

As per her wishes, there will be no formal services. In lieu of flowers please donate to First Presbyterian Church or Samaritan's Purse in Black Mountain, NC.
