Sonya Suzanne Lefevers

Sonya Suzanne Lefevers, 67 of Morristown TN, passed away early Wednesday morning of October 23, 2024 at Morristown Hamblen Hospital. She was born on May 18, 1957 in Straight Creek, Ky. She is the daughter of the late Sonny Lefevers and Jenny Lee (Sinkhorn) Lefevers. Sonya was a beautiful, silly, stubborn, and tough woman. She loved horses, music, a good time, and most of all her daughter, grandkids, and family. In addition to her parents she is proceeded in death by her late ex husband Michael Damon Dixon (whom they share a daughter). 

She is survived by the following members of the family: her daughter, Samantha (Ryan) Davis; two Grandchildren, Jensen Davis, Aurora Davis; a brother,  Gary Lefevers; a Nephew Matthew (Marry) Lefevers and their children Juliana Lefevers, Zemira Lefevers, as well as a host of other cousins, family and special friends. 

The family of Sonya Lefevers will not be holding funeral services, for Sonya wished to be cremated and for her ashes to be spread among wild horses. For the time being, her family would request privacy for service arrangements of the ash spreading ceremony.
