Stella "Jo" (Drinnon) Rich

 In Loving Memory of Stella Jo Rich 

Stella Jo Rich, age 83, of Morristown, TN, passed away peacefully on December 12, 2023. She was a beloved mother, grandmother, and friend, leaving behind a legacy of love, kindness, and cherished memories.  She was preceded in death by her parents, Roy and Margaret Drinnon and husband Frank Rich. 

Stella Jo is survived by her sons and their families: David (Jessica), Dana (the Late Kathy), Roy Dale (Lori), and Doug (Kristin). She was a proud grandmother to Jennifer (Rob) Gentry, Leslie (Travis) Clemmons, Jason Rich, Jonathan (India) Rich, Justin (Jennifer) Rich, Juliann (Chadd) Blackburn, Kalie, Hoyt, and Gauge Rich. She had 13 great grandchildren. Jo found joy and fulfillment in the love she shared with her grandchildren.

A special mention goes to her dear friend, Rod Wilder, who brought joy and companionship to Stella Jo's life.   The family would like to express their heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Linas Adams and his staff for their compassionate care. Special thanks also to Dr. Tom Thompson for the exceptional care provided during Stella Jo's time of need. 

Services to celebrate Jo's life will be held at Allen's Funeral Home on Thursday, December 14th, from 5 to 7 pm. Funeral will be held at 7pm. Family and friends are invited to join together to remember, honor, and cherish the life of this remarkable woman.

Jo Rich will be deeply missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. May her memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to those who loved her.
