William Edward "Bill" Bell

William E. (Bill) Bell passed away early Friday, January 14, 2022.  Bill was born to William and Edith Goins Bell on August 8, 1953 in Rogersville, TN. He graduated Hancock County High School in 1971 and successfully completed 2 years of trade school. Bill was a machinist at Armstrong Machine Company for 35 years.

Bill is survived by his wife of 46 years, Donna Rawlett Bell; son William E. Bell, Jr. (Billy).  His daughter-in-law, Nikki Bell. Also surviving him are the lights of his life, his grandsons, Sebastian, Dominic and Nolan.  He also leaves special friend Ami Curtis.

Visitation with the family will be held Tuesday, January 18, 2022, at Allen Funeral Home, 200 Jaybird Rd., Morristown, TN from 12:00– 2:00pm with service following at 2 p.m.  Interment will follow at Hamblen Memory Gardens in the Veterans area.
