William "Bill" Callahan

William “Bill” Callahan, 89, of Mooresburg, TN, went home to be with the Lord on April 24, 2025. He was the oldest member of Bean Station Worship Center and was well loved by all.

He was preceded in death by his parents Dewey and Lizzie Callahan; four brothers, Jesse, Ed, Boyd, and Bobby Callahan; and two sisters, Ethel and Gearldine Callahan.

He is survived by the “love of his life” Margaret of Mooresburg, TN; daughter, Shelia (Ben) Swope of Marion, OH; sister, Thelma Riggs of London, KY; and two grandchildren, Danille Hackert of Mansfield, OH and Jessica Caraway of Galloway, OH.

Bill worked at Cand D Masonry in Ohio for 37 years. His favorite hobbies were fishing and gardening. He loved to attend church.

Visitation will be held from 11 AM – 1 PM, on Tuesday, April 29, 2025, at the Bean Station Worship Center. A funeral service will follow at 1 PM, with Pastor Frank Allen officiating. Graveside services will follow the funeral service in Hamblen Memory Gardens in Morristown, TN.
