Woodrow Daniel

Woodrow Daniel, 87, went to be with the Lord, Sunday, August 9, 2020 at his daughters’ home in Morristown.  He was retired from Shelby Williams after 38 years of service; and worked as a Security Guard at College Square Mall after retirement.  He was a member of New Prospect Missionary Baptist Church in Rutledge.  He enjoyed fishing, playing the guitar and watching and playing sports.  He was preceded in death by his parents, Woodson and Amanda Daniel; brother, Elmer Daniel and a sister, Josephine Lane.

He is survived by his daughter, Janice Daniel McMahan; grandchildren, Jessica (Rick) Keck, Brandon Turner; great-grandchildren, Kaelin Turner and Bradyn Turner; special friends Genevieve Harrison and Lydia Peterson.

Graveside services are scheduled for 2:00 pm Wednesday, August 12, 2020 in Hamblen Memory Gardens with Jonathan Chambers officiating.
